Rare Epic Chanel 10P Runway 2010 Spring Summer Tulle Layered Tier Lace Cocktail Black Skirt.

It has many layers, the bottom two are crinkled silk/poly in light gray. The next layer is thin lace, black but the lighter layers show through. Top layer is soft black linen, gathered randomly. Waistband is lace. This is from a recent Chanel collection. At the waist, there is a flat metal wheelbarrow, filled with leaves, and with a "CC" on the front. It zips up the back and you can can hook it at the waist. There is a wide piece of grosgrain ribbon on the inside of the waist which you can also hook, and it takes the waistband from 31" to 29 1/2". Waist to lowest part of the hem is 21".
